 The
Yoga Barn is located in the Upper Beechwoods, a tranquil area
of rolling farmland near Callicoon, NY in western Sullivan
County (5 miles west of the Delaware River, approx. 2 1/2
hours NW of New York City.)
The Yoga Barn, lovingly renovated from a 150 year old barn,
is a 500 square foot studio designed specifically for yoga,
with radiant in-floor heat and sun lit pastoral views.

 Zintis
is your yoga instructor at the Yoga Barn. A practitioner of
the Sivananda style, he's been practicing yoga since he was
a child and has been teaching since 1997.
Zintis is also a highly regarded Reiki healer, and offers private
Reiki and intuitive massage sessions. In addition to his yoga
and bodywork practice, Zintis is an ardent organic gardener.
